Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

 

Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within India. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally at a flat rate of Rs. 1800 per order. Estimated delivery time for international orders is 10-20 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Teno Teni is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
